Planning
your day/week is paramount in the Computer Repair
business. If you plan your day properly then you
won’t find, when the day is done, you still have
things you didn’t accomplish. With proper planning
you can be the one to determine how things will be
done and when.
It is worth taking those fifteen
minutes at the end of the day and plan out what you
are doing for the following day. What you really
should do is plan a week out so you are really
prepared and ahead of the game. If you already have
a plan then when you get calls from customers you
will know if it’s possible to squeeze them in or if
you are going to have to schedule them. If you try
to do things on the “fly” you will find yourself
running in circles and not completing anything.
